Hunter Long has his best season at Boston College in his 2020 junior season. He finished the year with 57 receptions, 685 yards and he scored 5 times. His 57 catches were good for 6th best in the ACC, and led the nation at the TE position.
Long is a prospect that our RotoHeat team likes. He is clearly in a tier below the Kyle Pitts, Pat Freiermuth, Brevin Jordan tier, but he remains a target for us in our upcoming rookie drafts. We like Long’s size, he is 6’5″ and weighs in at 253 lbs. In addition, Long is a solid route-runner with good hands, and he’s an experienced blocker. Good blocking TEs get snaps and snaps create opportunities.
