What is PrizePicks? How do you play? I am going to cover that here in this article. First, I must say that RotoHeat.com is proud to have partnered with PrizePicks for the 2021 NFL Season. By using the referral code “HEAT” you will receive a deposit bonus of 100% up to $100.

What is PrizePicks?

PrizePicks, in their words, is DFS simplified. Rather than having a salary cap to pick your players, you are picking 2-5 player props and then the over/under on those props. There are no restrictions, and you can pick up to any 5 that you like and they can be from different sports. When it comes to NFL props, they are split up between:

Single Stat DFS:

Pass Yards, Rush Yards, Receiving Yards, Receptions

PrizePicks sets a fantasy projection for how many points a player will score and you pick whether you think they will go over or under that projection. Here is the PrizePicks scoring for the NFL. As you can see, this is a PPR format, so it should be familiar to most seasonal & DFS fantasy football players.

How Do You Win Money?

After you select your 2-5 player props and whether you like the over or under, you will have two choices on how to play. The first option is Flex Play. With this option, you do not have to get all of the picks right. Depending on your amount of picks, payouts are different. The second option is Power Play. In this option, you have to be 100% correct to be paid out. I will explain further how these options pay out winners.

What is a Flex Play?

When you play the Flex Play, you don’t have to be correct on each pick. When you pick 5 props, Flex Play is your only option. You can not play the Power Play option. I will explain how the payouts work for 2, 3, 4, and 5 picks.
