Are the Rules The Same for All States?

PrizePicks website says that players located in Arkansas, Massachusetts, New York, and Vermont are prohibited from placing wagers on college sports. They also say players in Illinois can’t pick college athletes that play for colleges in Illinois.

In Colorado, players have to have at least 4 picks in their entry and they can only choose fantasy score or PRA.
