Week 5 Waiver Wire Adds To Beat Your Friends in 2022 Fantasy Football brings you some quarterbacks, running backs wide receivers AND tight ends, to help you win in 2022!

Week 5 Waiver Wire QBs

Geno Smith and Jared Goff had a duel for the ages, I kid but they did put up a ton of fantasy points against each others suspect defenses. Both have lower ownership rates across most major fantasy platforms, and unfortunately both will be hit or miss on a weekly basis, though Geno gives you rushing upside Goff does not.

Zach Wilson, on the other hand, could be a starter for you this year. We saw him pass for a touchdown, we know he can rush for a touchdown and we learned he even can catch touchdowns as well! He’s a player that has extremely low ownership in season-long formats, so you’ll want to scoop him up before your league mates do!

Week 5 Waiver Wire RBs

We saw more injuries in week 4, Javonte Williams being the biggest one that could miss time. Mike Boone is a guy to grab, as he may be a thing, as the team got him involved when Williams went down. Tyler Allgeier got some good reps and looked really good in week 4, you’ll want to snatch him up if Cordarelle Patterson continues to need rest with a sore knee. An honorable mention to grab before he takes back over his RB1 spot on the Commanders is Brian Robinson.

Zay Jones is a receiver we’ve already told you to scoop up but his ownership is still low, even though he is a pretty integral part of what they are doing this year. Isaiah McKenzie is a piece Rick’s been mentioning for some time because slot receiver in Buffalo’s offense is a big deal for fantasy points! Romeo Doubs is quickly becoming Aaron Rodgers favorite target and producing well with his opportunities, so you’ll want to scoop him up.

Michael Gallup returned from injury and, though he had limited snaps he still scored a touchdown and was targeted three times, catching two of them for twenty-four yards. George Pickens is a must add and probably must start if Pickett stays under center, though he may become a must start soon anyway because he’s been electric with the ball in his hands!

Week 5 Waiver Wire TEs

The major add this week is still Tyler Conklin, a player we told you about previously but he is still getting significant targets and consistency has been key, with so many tight ends being up and down this year.
